Delivery

Delivery within Singapore mainland is subject to availability and access. Contact us first about restricted locations or offshore islands. Our team arranges delivery and installation by appointment after order confirmation. We will notify you of material delays.

Fees and installation

Transport fees are shown at checkout. Standard installation includes basic piping and connectors to a suitable existing water supply point. Longer pipe runs, extra fittings, modifications and special requests require a separate quotation and your approval before work.

Appointments and pickup

Provide accurate details, safe access, suitable utilities and any property approvals. Contact us early to reschedule. Any customer-payable reattendance fee must be disclosed and accepted in advance. Pickup is available only when offered and confirmed; wait for collection instructions.

Checking your order

Please inspect your delivery and report damage or missing items promptly. Signing for delivery does not remove rights concerning hidden defects.
