Orders and charges

Orders are subject to acceptance, availability and payment or application approval. Prices are in SGD. Applicable taxes, transport and other charges are disclosed before purchase. Additional work requires your approval.

Instalment payments

Direct Puredien instalments require a separate accepted agreement stating the total payable, payment schedule, collection method, late fees and settlement conditions. Pay each instalment by its due date. Failed collection does not cancel your obligation. Late fees apply only as disclosed, accepted and lawfully permitted.

Ownership and recovery

Where a direct Puredien agreement expressly retains ownership, title remains with Puredien until settlement, subject to law. For unresolved arrears, we may seek lawful return or repossession after required written notice and the applicable remedy period. This does not permit forced entry. Required credits and customer rights apply. Third-party financing follows the provider’s terms.

Use and disputes

Use products according to their instructions. Our delivery, returns and warranty policies also apply. Changes apply to future transactions. Singapore law applies, without excluding mandatory consumer rights. Contact Customer Support to resolve concerns.
