Rewards Rules

Earning points

Registered members earn points only on eligible purchases or activities under the rules displayed for that offer. Earning rates, exclusions and award timing must be shown before participation. Pending points cannot be redeemed. Points are not cash and cannot be sold or transferred unless expressly permitted.

Redeeming rewards

Available rewards may include discount vouchers and a filter set. Check the required points, availability, expiry, minimum spend and other conditions before confirming. Future rewards are available only when published.

Adjustments and fair use

Cancelled or refunded purchases may result in points adjustments. For orders using rewards, we will explain any eligible restoration. We may investigate misuse and correct errors, with an opportunity to raise concerns. Programme changes apply prospectively with reasonable notice and respect existing valid entitlements.
