Coverage

Your product page and order confirmation state the warranty period and inclusions. A stated three-year parts warranty means 36 months of eligible parts coverage. Labour, transport and consumables are included only where expressly stated.

Filters and exclusions

Filter entitlements are limited to the sets specified in your package; they are not unlimited replacements. Normal wear, exhausted filters and damage caused by misuse, accidents, unsuitable utilities, neglected maintenance or unauthorised work are generally outside the commercial warranty. Exclusions apply only to the relevant cause of damage.

Requesting service

Contact Customer Support with your order reference, model, serial number and fault details. We assess the issue and explain the remedy. Any non-covered charge requires your approval before work. Contact us before relocating your machine.

Your rights

This warranty is additional to statutory consumer rights. Unpaid instalments do not automatically cancel those rights. Any restriction on optional package benefits must be expressly agreed and lawful.
